So , sessions can take anywhere from a half of day to 5 days. I’ll give some examples of pieces and how long they took below just for reference. I try to emphasize the importance of taking our time and trusting our limits. These sessions are sacred and it’s a journey not be rushed. We can find our flow. For some folks that looks like 3/4 days of intense work or for some that’s 2.5 hours over the course of 3/4 months. It really all depends on our tolerance what will work best for what we’re creating. Whatever it is , we will find our limit, and our flow and the piece will be done eventually. I got you <3

I would recommend bringing any items that bring you comfort or power like a stuffed animal or any items you intuitively feel to bring. I sold also recommend bringing any snacks or lunch if you wanted too. I also have snacks and water, tea and light snacks available at the studio too.

Omg!!! Congrats first of all what a beautiful step. Thank you for trusting me!!
It’s okay to be nervous, don’t worry too much though! It will all work out if you trust.
So we have two cares, before care and after care.
The before care looking like this: to prepare of a big piece I recommend getting lots of rest, eating honestly nourishing meals, and hydrating tons the days leading up to your session(s) so your body can be prepared and your immune system strong. I don’t recommend drinking or pulling all nighters or anything that brings stress to the body the days leading up. It’s a time to be deeply intentional with your body to prepare it for ritual and be present within it to set us up for success!
The after care looks similar to the before care, eating , resting, hydrating , no drinking etc. I also recommend after taking one day of full rest. Your body will have a lot of things to heal , and these sessions can get intense so it’s nice to have a day to really rest and digests everything that’s happened. Aftercare also looks like now taking care of the tattoos healing.
I really go emphasize this. The more intention you put into healing and prepping yourself for this tattoo, the better your tattoo will heal. The body is also a vessel and since the tattoo is going on your body, your body is an integral part of this journey and needs real attention and tlc during this time. Description text goes here
